3 Steps; Un-obscuring Consciousness.
Clarity is always present, but can seem hidden or veiled when doubt or confusion are experienced. The truth is - consciousness (clarity) - can’t actually be obscured, but can merely seem to be. Whatever seems to be obscuring consciousness, is in fact, consciousness appearing as, whatever seems to be obscuring consciousness.
What arises in & of the lens-sphere, can seem to color - the world-sphere.
Un-obscuring isn’t a doing or an adding, but rather is a natural allowing, of a naturally occurring untangling - of what seems true - which has already arisen, already seems - added. Un-obscuring is therein self-recognizing what is of the lens-sphere, and what is of the world-sphere, and that the activity of the lens-sphere is only seemingly coloring the world-sphere.
Step One:
Acknowledge what has arisen, has arisen of the lens-sphere, and not of the world-sphere. In the simplest of terms - acknowledge a thought, belief, or interpretation is direct experienced, and what ‘thought claims’ is happening, did happen, or could happen in the world-sphere - isn’t actually presently happening in the world-sphere.
Step Two:
Acknowledge there is a ‘felt aspect’ to this seeming experience of being obscured. An emotion. Step two ‘breaks’ the self referential thought loop. The emotion felt in this example would be doubt. The two seeming components of a thought loop are the self referential thought, and quite literally anything - which is to say any thought about anything at all - which isn’t, or is anything other than - the acknowledgement of the emotion felt.
Step Three:
Trust the natural unfolding of consciousness, how the shift feels, and the true nature therein. Trust that the un-obscuring happens effortlessly as consciousness is effortlessly self-correcting. The seeming confusion or doubt doesn’t require solving or intervention.
The instant the thought is acknowledged for what it is - a passing appearance in the lens-sphere - and emotion is acknowledged as what it is - self-inherent intrinsic guidance for thoughts - it begins to dissolve on its own. Trust is the recognition that there’s nothing to fix, and that clarity is always already present. As the absence of the thought loop and any attempts to stop thoughts or solve or manage the experience - Being - free of obscuration, effortlessly shines through.
