What are the spheres?

Mostly simply put, This.

Awareness & experience.

The spheres are the how of awareness appearing as or being - experience. Not awareness in a future, which could be reached, attained, obtained, increased or achieved - the very awareness which is right now already aware.

The spheres are what so-called duality fundamentally is, with the dualistic nature of arising thought being secondary.

How many are there?

Two.

Are the two spheres things, as in objects?

One appears as two.

Then what are the two spheres? What are they made of?

Infinite unconditional consciousness.

Why two spheres?

All that is fundamentally necessary for apparent experience is somewhere experience appears to transpire and someway by which consciousness seems to be experiencing (as if inside of) somewhere.

Spherical is indicative of efficiency, which is indicative of perfection, which is infinite unconditional consciousness.

If I am infinite unconditional being appearing as the spheres, why don’t I know this?

Infinite can not know or understand finite as this would involve a knower & a known, or an understander & an understood and infinite consciousness is in fact… infinite.

Put another way, for infinite being there aren’t finite separate things. Therein, while there may be experiential (apparent) knowing and understanding, there is in actuality no finite thing which could be known or understood, nor is there a separate finite self which could know or understand infinite unconditional consciousness; one appears as two.

You seem to be very clear about this. How can I also be as clear?

Introspection & self inquiry to the point of absolute satisfaction & clarity in regard to The Truth.

The whole idea sounds weird. If what you say is true, why haven’t I heard of the ‘two spheres’ before? Why hasn’t anyone or ‘science’ mentioned this?

The spheres are prior to thoughts, ideas & concepts such as science, philosophy, religion or existentialism. The spheres are not a thought, an idea or a concept. The simple self evident answer is no one has previously discovered the actuality of being, or, the ‘how’ of experiential reality.

How are beliefs about itself - myself - created?

As infinite unconditional consciousness appears as the spheres, consciousness innocently overlooks the truth or true nature of its own perfection, infinitude & unconditionality. By being the lens-sphere, there seems to be ‘thoughts’. You might say as infinite intelligence appears as the lens-sphere there seems to be ‘finite intelligence’; ‘thoughts’.

How do I no longer overlook?

Meditatively allowing apparent thinking to settle, thus emptying of conditioning & clearing the lens. Inspect & believe direct experience vs directly experiencing beliefs. Practice non-aversion, fully feeling what arises, and create consciously.

can you explain the picture above? You’re saying there are two spheres, but in the picture there are four.

The spheres, from left to right, are in order of ‘as-experienced’(as if looking through the spheres from left of this screen).

The black sphere represents the pure infinite consciousness hollow core, the seemingly center, of each sphere, vibrationally appearing outwardly.

The next sphere to the right represents the lens-sphere, or someway. Much like a magnifying lens makes it seem as if there is ‘magnification’, the lens-sphere makes it seem as if there is duality, or, finite.

The next sphere to the right represents the world-sphere, or somewhere, often referred to as an objective reality.

The sphere which looks like one sphere inside of another to the far right represents how the spheres makes it seem as if infinite being is ‘inside’ the world-sphere which infinite being is being. This is otherwise referred to as an experience of a subject and object, subjective & objective, or, an individual, finite self or finite mind on a planet or inside of a world, universe or multiverse. But most simply said… it’s This.

What is feeling?


Ultimately, ‘feeling’ is undefinable & ineffable, as all thoughts, definitions, knowings, understandings, insights, wisdom and ‘pointings’ to ‘feeling’, are truly only thoughts, conditions, conceptualizations of.

Recognizing & with respect to the dualistic apparent limitation of thought and therein of language in this regard, what is the ‘best’ pointing, to ‘feeling’?

Unconditional love.

If reality is me, and I am unconditional love - why don’t I feel it? Why don’t I feel like I am unconditional love?

Being is obscured by the apparent activity of thinking. Self inquire as to the feeling of being me. Question the thought “I”, which is said to be separate of, and therein implied to not be, feeling.

That’s crazy. That’s such a crazy thing to say. People are going to think you’re crazy.

The conceptualization of unconditional love is collective conditioning and is the root of all mental illness, bodily dis-ease and worldly conflict.

As Jesus said, “forgive them, for they know not what they do”.

That’s crazy! If this “pointing” is to what is actual, to truth - again, why don’t I feel it? It seems like if I am UNCONDITIONAL love, then certainly, I would feel like - unconditional love! What gives? Can you ‘point’ as simply and as straightforward as possible?

It’s the vibrationally appearing as “experience” or “creation” (being the two spheres) ‘factor’ which is, so to speak, tripping you up. Feeling what reality is thought to be is feeling thoughts. Feeling is (itself) already… feeling.

How so?

This is what is meant by ‘being on the path’, (vs conceptualizing the path). Spirituality is the investigation of what is true, actual, ineffable, undefinable, incommunicable, unthinkable, unbelievable, and eternally unchanging under any & all circumstances - absolute.

When belief is inspected belief is dispelled, and only what is actual, absolute & unchanging, that which ‘The Truth’ points to, remains.

But if all there is, is unconditional love - it only makes sense that if this were true, I would only be feeling unconditional love.

You are not per say feeling unconditional love, you are already infinite unconditional love.

Unconditional love is appearing as the two spheres. The implied twoness, or, duality, of there being a “me” and unconditional love, is a thought, which you, unconditional love, are appearing as.

The path is backwards (in a sense). ‘Go’ prior to thoughts, prior to beliefs about yourself. Prior to the belief you were born.

Apparent words, language & communication imply there is a ‘you’, a ‘separate self’, an ‘individual’, a ‘knower of’, an ‘understander of’. An intellectual intellectualizing, a knower knowing, an understander understanding… is illusory. An illusion, in truth, never actually happened. That is what an illusion is.

That you were born, or that any ‘thing’ has actually ever ‘happened at all’, sans, you, infinite unconditional love, vibrationally appearing as the two spheres - are thoughts & beliefs. Essentially, beliefs that you are a ‘thing’ or an ‘object’, something other than, infinite unconditional love.

So, the ‘path’ is seeing past the relative, the knowing, the understanding… and then feeling - the absolute?

You are already prior to.

Enlightenment is, yet no one ‘becomes’ enlightened. Awakening is, yet no one awakens or is awake. Without beliefs to the contrary, enlightenment, unconditional love, is what is already actual and unmistakably radiant.

Consider this analogy…

The sun is always illuminated, shining brightly. Yet as clouds roll in, it can seem as if the sun is not shining as brightly. The clouds are like thought believed which obscure the light. Of this obscuring, the sun believes there is, a sun which is being obscured by clouds.

This can be likened to a tablet and wifi. Though the wifi is unseen, unheard, and untouched, the wifi is nevertheless, present.

Wifi, which appears as a tablet, would therein also appear as the processor and computations of the tablet. This ‘processing’ is essentially, one’s and zero’s, apparent duality - the activity of thinking, which is inherently, and apparently, dualistic.

The tablet, which is only a vibrational appearance of the wifi, veils the wifi from the fact that it is the wifi, by believing the computations, which are the dualistic one’s and zero’s, which is the appearance of, the wifi. It is not “the tablet” which is ‘veiled’ by the ‘processing’, and thus is is not ‘the tablet’ which ‘becomes enlightened’ or ‘awakens’.

Only in the cessation of these ‘computations’, and the end of the wifi believing therein that it is a tablet, is it clear that all tablets & computations (thoughts) come & go, and in truth, there are no tablets, processors nor computations. There is only the wifi, which appears.

The ‘computations’ could be ‘my wifi’, ‘my emotions’, ‘my love’, or ‘absolute love’ & ‘relative love’, or even ‘my computations’ (‘my’ thoughts). All of these computations would be apparent, as they are no more than the appearance of, the wifi.

Again, the “tablet” could not and would never realize this, as the tablet is a vibrational appearance, and not a ‘thing’ which ‘realizes’. Only the wifi is the wifi, and no computation is needed for the wifi to be - the wifi.

More computations thus would not, and could not, in regard to wifi-recognition, ‘do’ what “the tablets” allowing of the settling of the activity of computations, could ‘do’. Only the wifi allowing the activity of computing & believing to settle, and realizing that the wifi is wifi, will ‘do’.


 What is deflection?


What is deflection?

In essence, deflection is the mind's way of avoiding difficult emotions, or simply put; the mind’s aversion from feeling.

It's a reflexive and habitual response stemming from a misunderstanding of the truth & true nature of identity & experience.

When discordant thoughts arise that bring discomfort or suffering, deflection occurs when emotions & feeling are pushed aside & ignored, in favor of mental activity.

Suppression is perpetuated by believing concepts, as well as arising justifications & rationalizations for continuing to do so. As the justifications & rationalizations are believed, the discord, or, suffering, as well as unwanted & regretful actions & behaviors persist.

Deflection, or, aversion from feeling, manifests in various behavioral ways, such as shutting down emotionally, mentally and or bodily, blaming, guilting, shaming, resenting, using humor as a defense mechanism, intellectualizing, conceptualizing, philosophizing, changing the topic, sarcasm, denial, resorting to religious concepts like blaming a devil, procrastination of acknowledging & addressing deflection & projection, refusing to engage in conversation which confronts discordant beliefs, overreacting, twisting what someone said, denying responsibility for words, action & behaviors, excessive self criticism, spiritual bypassing, applying academic or psychological logic, engaging in distractions, unwillingness for vulnerability, or even resorting to identifying with thoughts believed such as via assumed roles like victim and or abuser.

Rather than allowing difficult emotions to be fully felt, and interpretation to change, deflection is a focusing on maintaining and defending beliefs, being right, how one is seen, self image, reputation, and all manors of seeking validation - all at the expense of, how one feels as it were.

Rather than acknowledging the emotions already experienced & felt, deflection is a projecting of the discord of emotional suppression, of the very emotions suppressed, onto others or “mental self” of a past or future. Assuming & accusing, blaming, guilting, shaming, etc.

In accordance with the experience of deflection & projection of emotion, it indeed does very much seem emotion is not how thoughts & interpretations feel, but that how one feels so to speak, is caused by someone else’s actions or behaviors, or certain circumstances or situations.

Deflection acts as a mental barrier, preventing the release of cultural conditioning & emotional discord, and also therein preventing the insight & clarity (feeling) which would otherwise by unfettered, or unobscured.

So, what can one do to be without deflection?

First and foremost, shift focus from thoughts, beliefs & interpretations - to how you feel. Reprioritize in the name of self-love. Liberation from deflection and the suffering & isolation therein begins with noticing and acknowledging deflective behaviors - even if it's initially in hindsight.

In noticing the deflective behaviors, begin to embrace the emotions which are being projected. Empty expression in any healthy manor such as therapy, journaling, or any virtually endless creative outlets.

Via expressing & emptying discordant interpretations, focus, or, the lens, is unfettered. Cleared. Relieved of the ‘carried weight’ of beliefs, misinterpretations, misunderstanding & misidentification.

Awareness, presence, naturally shines through as was already the case, only not, more unfettered.

Prior to thoughts, emotions, actions & behaviors - as awareness - much clarity and a great many resonating & resounding insights arise. ‘Making sense’ changes from ‘being right’, to alignment of thoughts with feeling. Stubbornness, animosity and resentments naturally begin to fade away as much compassion is realized & much synchronicity is experienced.

Consciously creating, honesty, sincerity & authenticity in words, actions and being naturally ensues. All communication & relationships are de-contextualized of previously held discordant beliefs and the discord of holding them.

The release of conditioning can be difficult & challenging and this is where foundation shines. Fundamental practices for the body mind like daily meditation & or yoga, aligned diet, exercise and breath-work, just to name a few, greatly reduce the challenging aspects, as the tendency to habitually belief arising thoughts is greatly dismissed by the feeling of alignment in the orientation of well-being.

What is Projection?


In regard to what’s being shared here, please acknowledge & set aside any expectations that something or someone including yourself should, needs to or is going to change or be changed.

Let any framing that sounds like ‘this is a problem’, ‘but the problem is’ go. The aim here isn’t to make anything different than it is or to solve a problem. It’s liberation from suffering by seeing things as they are.

If you’re already ‘fired up’, the most fundamental simple truth is recognizing this too will pass. Breathing, feeling, remaining present prior to & aware of thoughts & emotions is suggested, as are all manors of alignment, mindfulness & well being.

Like a cork, when unfettered & unobscured, our true nature naturally arises.

This is always & already the case.

The more direct experience is inspected, the more discordant interpretations which result in contraction, tension and stress are seen through, and therein the more clarity & joy is naturally unfettered.

Inherently, there will be less reaction, contraction, tension & stress… and more enjoyment, naturally arising appreciation, clarity & response-ability. Simply put, you’ll feel more at home as yourself and life is experienced as lighter, simpler, more carefree & effortless.

When judgmental thoughts are experienced, the discord of the thoughts is felt. The discord felt of the judgmental thoughts is one & the same as the reoccurring contraction, tension and stress.

When judgmental thoughts are believed, it does not seem like the discord felt is the thoughts.

It seems like the thoughts are true, and therein an interpretation arises that the discord felt is because of something or someone else, a past or a future, a me, an I, or a myself.

Believed means the thoughts are believed to be true. The discord felt is likewise believed to be caused by what the content of the thoughts suggest. 

That is - the interpretation.

The interpretation is the discord - but the interpretation is believed to be true. 

The discord felt is how judgmental thoughts feel, and now, how the interpretation feels. The discord felt is not felt because the thoughts or interpretation are true. The discord felt is because the thoughts or interpretation are not true.

The discord or suffering is of the thoughts, and is not of you. That’s why the discord is felt. Thoughts come & go: awareness (that which is aware of thoughts) does not. The discord is - an interpretation which isn’t resonating - with you; awareness. 

The discordant interpretation is believed to be true, even though the interpretation is felt to be, discordant. The contraction, tension & stress reoccur simultaneously with each reoccurrence of the believed discordant interpretation. 

The discord felt might be projected via an interpretation being believed, about the discord felt. The interpretation might be that the discord is not how the thoughts feels to you, awareness, but rather that the discord is being caused by what someone said or didn’t say, or did or didn’t do, such as in a past.

With momentum of, or, a repeating of, the discordant interpretation…and therein the contraction, tension & stress as well… the discord of the interpretation believed might extend further into accusatory desperation.

This might sound like ‘people, others, or groups are out to get me’, or ‘people are following or stalking me’. This momentum of discord, contraction, tension & stress, and the arising interpretation is sometimes labelled as paranoia, insanity, mental disorder, personality disorder, delusion, depression, neurosis, mania, bipolarity, phobia, psychosis or emotional disorder. These labels, or, additional layers of interpretation are employed from a non-direct, ‘second person’, presumed observation. 

In all cases what’s overlooked is the initial discord felt, is how judgmental thoughts feel… prior to any & all interpretations about or names given to, the initial discord felt… which is / was being believed - in spite of feeling the discord of judgmental thoughts. This is like holding one’s hand on a hot stove, while discussing & creating labels, names and theories about the burn. Conceptualizing the burn does not, and can not, lead to clarity & relief. Only removing the hand from the stove results in no longer feeling the burn.

In terms of the spheres, What is projection?

Thoughts appear as the lens-sphere, or, someway-sphere.

Creating occurs as the arising preferences (thoughts) of the lens-sphere are applied to, or carried out in, the world-sphere, or, somewhere-sphere.

That which is feeling discordant thoughts is that which is appearing as the spheres.

Aligned thoughts create. Discordant thoughts do not.

A river flows of it’s own accord; a log added adds resistance.

Aligning thought with feeling is therein ‘getting out of one’s own way’.

That is, preferences - thoughts… about what’s wanted, to do, be, have and experience - feel good. Aligned thoughts resonate, and thus joy is felt - the joy of alignment, of consciously creating. You are the creator, this is your creation. All that is, is, because you created it, are creating it - by being it.

Thoughts about shortage, lack or the absence of what’s wanted feel discordant because you are infinite, because you are Creator-Creating-Creation.

Thoughts of judgement feel discordant because you are unconditional.

Thoughts of impatience, pressure, hurried-ness and unnecessary urgency feel discordant because you are eternal.

Thoughts about yourself which feel discordant, feel discordant because you are infinite perfection.

Conditioning occurs innocently via beliefs, because to be the spheres, to be experience - is to overlook, that you are infinite, eternal, unconditional perfection - which is being the spheres.

The root or ground floor of conditioning is the belief in subjects & objects. Most simply put - in separation; and therein, comparative thoughts arise. In overlooking the unconditionality you are, the discord of judgmental and comparative thoughts ‘point’ to the truth of your unconditionality, inherently in that these thoughts feel discordant.

As it’s believed there is that which is not not me - it’s simultaneously believed - I am this body. That you are being the body is overlooked, by the belief that you are the body.

It’s then believed you are somebody, somewhere. A person, on earth. The illusion of “I’m here” is an illusion of believing apparent thoughts. “I’m here” is based on “I’m not there”. “There” is linguistically common and obviously practical, yet in terms of direct experience, a “there” is never actually experienced.

Why is this?

The root or ground floor of discordant belief(s) is that of the subject object nature of thoughts. There is nothing at all ‘wrong’ with any thoughts. That would be a judgmental thought about thoughts, and that judgmental thought would feel discordant.

Attempts to ‘stop discordant thoughts’ are attempts to feel better, while overlooking the discord is of the thoughts, and in truth you are feeling, which is feeling, the discordant & alignment of - thoughts. There is not a ‘second self’ that thought is about, which will or could feel better in a future, or as a result of doing - because you are already feeling, and feeling, in so far as the word can point to that which is aware of - is already nondual, unconditional goodness.

Looking more closely into direct experience, it can be noticed that the thought “I’m here” is a subject-object thought. A dualistic implication. A thought implying there is a ‘second self’, which is not ‘there’, and is ‘here’. A subject, and an object; I’m - here.

The discord of limiting beliefs is readily felt as & by the Wholeness, Completeness, Truth, Perfection you actually, already - are.

As you are what you’re overlooking, and have innocently created beliefs about yourself, others, and the ‘world’ you are being… conditioning has already occurred. Misinterpretation. Misunderstanding. Misidentification. All arising of and as pure innocence, overlooking.

What is inevitably realized with respect to discord or suffering, is that what’s felt, are the thoughts, beliefs, misinterpretations, misunderstandings - misidentification… and there discord is felt because of the truth, or, true nature.

 What Is Purification?


(Please first read ‘What Is Deflection?’ and ‘What Is Projection?’)

Purification describes an experience of the body releasing discordant misinterpretation, misunderstanding and misidentification, and therein the symptoms of suffering, contraction, tension, stress and dis-ease.

In truth the body is always naturally & effortlessly releasing discord.

When food is eaten which isn’t settling with the stomach, symptoms like nausea & indigestion are experienced. The body naturally brings what was eaten ‘up & out’. What was eaten might not taste very good as it comes up & out, but this is what’s desired in the bigger picture to bring an end to the nausea and indigestion.

It is the same way with discordant interpretations, misunderstanding and misidentification. What comes up & out may not ‘taste’ very good to the mind as it does, but this is what’s desired in the bigger picture to bring an end to confusion & suffering, and ‘see reality as it is’.

Liberation.

Allowing purification is acknowledging & being willing to question, inspect and see though -deflection & projection. Allowing the light of awareness to illuminate & fill the bodymind with the true essence or nature of awareness, reveals the truth of the bodymind and of all things.

As purification ensues; breathe, relax, remain present prior to thoughts & emotions. Be mindful that this is desired, this will pass, and do your best to let go of arising difficult interpretations as they are ‘tasted’ on the way out.

Purification is a natural process. An allowing of the transmutation of discord & pain into beauty & creativity, misunderstanding into insight & wisdom, and misidentification & suffering into clarity & truth.

It is a metamorphosis akin to the true nondual nature of caterpillar always having been a butterfly, or the presumed sheep that was always a lion.

Expression such as journaling, verbally expressing, or virtually any creative form of expression is aligned with the allowing aspect of purification.

 What is co-creation?


The lens-sphere is infinite; is ‘made of’ infinitude.

The world-sphere is infinite; is ‘made of’ infinitude.

‘We’, as humans, as objects, do not ‘fit into’ the world (as an object) in the manor that animals presumptively do, as the world-sphere is experienced through the lens-sphere, like magnification is experienced through a magnifying glass.

There is not ‘this thing’, an ‘object’. Magnification is not ‘on the other side’ of a magnifying glass. Magnification is inherent to looking through a magnifying lens.

Another pointing term for the lens-sphere is; focus.

Duality arises, appears, of, as and as if within, the lens-sphere. The apparent duality, referred to as thought, thoughts or thinking, is in fact one apparent ‘thought’ ‘at a time’. Appears, disappears. Appears, disappears. Many thoughts can arise about this (thoughts), and not a one (thought) is an exception to this (thoughts).

Thus there seems to be a great many things, such as free will or not, or choice or not. The very thoughts are appearing as & of the lens-sphere in the only possible way appearance can appear; as dualistic.

This, and or, that.

Most fruitful it is, when discordant or confusing thoughts are arising, to take pause and question - what is focus upon?

Is discord felt or is alignment felt?

Is the thought focused upon in alignment with that which is appearing as, the thought?

Therein in - you, consciousness, are creating in any case - and ideally… consciously, in alignment, as well-being.

Creator-Creating-Creation.

The human condition is the condition that you are, that there are - humans. Put another way, the human condition is the belief that ‘human condition’ is not a thought - but a separate thing, an object. This thought, this belief, is a condition. A false & discordant conclusion.That which is feeling this thought or belief - is unconditional.

When discordant thoughts are focused upon, and the emotional guidance felt therein is suppressed - ignorance, confusion, conflict & suffering persist.

When deflection & projection are employed, the suffering seems, or is believed to be, justified and or rationalized away… and sounds like ‘that’s just how it is’, ‘that’s just how I am’, ‘that’s just who or how they are’ or ‘how life or the world is’.

As the world-sphere is through the lens-sphere, just as magnification is through a magnifying lens; these are thoughts appearing, and not how I, you, life or a world, is.

When discord is experienced, and one is told and or believes therein, ‘that’s just how it is’; one innocently ignores or suppresses the guidance felt, and follows suit in suppressing as well.

Create, consciously.

What is death?


*The concept of death carries much collective stigma and is potentially a most sensitive & triggering topic. What is death?

When asking ‘what is a horse’, an answer can be provided. But when asking ‘what is a unicorn’, the answer is only, there is no such thing as a unicorn - though there can be the thought, the belief, that there is.


That sounds like some vague zen talk. Surely you can offer something more than that.

Hold both hands out in front of you with your palms facing up. Imagine in your left hand you are holding a snow globe. The kind you buy at a drug store and shake, and then it looks like it’s snowing inside.

Surely the snow globe you are imagining you’re holding is lovely. Maybe a little house inside, maybe an ice rink and some people skating, maybe a park bench and a tree or two. But what would be really wild, what would really be mind blowing, would be to experience being inside of this snow globe in your left hand.

Now imagine another globe in your right hand. A clear sphere, a ‘looking glass’ if you will. Imagine that when you look through the looking glass - it is as if you are inside of the snow globe in your left hand. You’re skating. You’re cold! You’re laughing, breathing the cold air, having fun, skating, and freezing your snow globe buns off.

Now imagine that because you “looked through” the looking glass - you forgot that you did.

Then imagine, in this forgetting, that “thoughts” (stuff in the snow globe) appear. Thoughts about yourself & others, about your birth and your eventual death.

Now, ‘zoom out’ a bit. Ground. Notice the room you’re in. Feel the chair you’re sitting on. Feel the air as you breath. Shift focus from imagining this exercise, to perception, and to feeling within the body.

Notice what’s aware of the hands, and of the imagining of the snow globe & looking glass, and of the seeing, and of the breathing. You - awareness, are aware of the hands and the imagined spheres… and you’re fine… you weren’t really “in” anything… and you’re certainly not “dead”.

But no one knows what death is! How can you claim such a thing!?

Exactly. No one knows what death is, just like no one knows what a unicorn is.

But you’re essentially claiming you know!?

No one knows.

Huh?

There aren’t ‘separate selves’. There is no actuality of a ‘knower’ and a ‘known’. No one knows. These are “thoughts” (snow globe stuff). It’s like Horton Hears a Who, and there aren’t really any who’s. There is the sphere / snow globe… and the sphere / looking glass.

It can’t be that simple.

It is that simple. It’s actually simpler, but this is the limitation of language happening inside the snow globe. The ‘limitation’ of thought & therein meaning & language, is that there aren’t ultimately, as in eternally… as in actually - “two”. But recall, the chair is comfy. The exercise is simple, easy & fun… and you’re not really moving, just ‘looking through the lens’. There is no ‘problem’ ‘inside’ or ‘outside’ the spheres - but that snow globe thought stuff can makes it seem so.

As there is no vibrational appearance ‘outside’ the spheres, there is no “activity of thought” ‘outside’ the spheres either. Which means, there is not this snow globe activity of “beliefs”, ‘outside’ the spheres.

But what about seeing people die!? Bodies stop breathing and moving! I’ve seen this myself.

Awareness is fundamentally aware of thought, perception and sensations. The term ‘thought attachment’ points to believing thoughts, are perception.

Awareness is directly aware of thoughts.
Awareness is directly aware of perception.
Awareness is directly aware of sensations.

Thought attachment, is believing thoughts define perception and or feeling.

‘Ignore-ance’, points to non-expression, ignoring the guidance of emotion you are feeling, or ‘bottling it up’, or, emotional suppression. The point of this pointing is to communicate the importance of not ‘bottling it up’, and instead expressing and thus allowing clarity & understanding, and love to arise.

How to no longer believe thoughts, and thus ‘see reality as it really is’?

But if we didn’t use thoughts as labels for ‘things’ - how would we even go about anything at all?

Yes indeed. All those “things” are in, of, are the ‘snow globe’, the sphere of somewhere. All those “thoughts of things” are in, of, are the ‘looking glass’. So are all the “thoughts”. So is that “we” thought, and that “use” thought, etc. That unconditional being ‘sitting in the chair’ is infinitely intelligent, is what “intelligence” is - and would have so to speak, seen all this coming and, if you will, thought ahead - designed it all perfectly.

So you’re saying there’s “God’s Design”, “God’s Plan”?

Not quite. God, also pointed to with terms like infinite, and unconditional love, is perfection. Unthinkable, unbelievable… being all thoughts & beliefs. Any “thing” God be’s - is God, and thus in actuality, is perfection.

Doesn’t seem like it. To be honest, sometimes it seems like the whole situation sucks.

The discord felt, is the guidance of our unconditional infinite being, love, in regard to the very love spoken of… focusing upon, the discordant thoughts & interpretations.

Is the point there to appreciate experience? To ‘take ownership’ of the ‘sucks’ interpretation or attitude? To “inspect” it, as you say?

In part, yes. Inspect, rather than suppress & avert from any suffering and or discord. Utilize the tools, specifically of meditation & expression, and understand the emotions you are experiencing are guidance to the manifesting of what you desire to create & experience.

Then why would you say it that way?

This is literally the apparent limitation of language. That a separate, other entity, which is not appearing as the two spheres is saying this, is the “activity of thought” appearing ‘inside’ the snow globe. ‘Inside’, there is togetherness, communication, language and words, and all Is, is ‘made of’, Love.

And here we are.

Oh! “No one knows” is ‘true’ - because there aren’t actually separate selves!?

Exactly. There aren’t actually separate selves. There is not a ‘knower’ and a ‘known’, a ‘thinker’ and ‘thought’, a ‘believer’ and a ‘belief’, an ‘understander’ and a ‘thing understood’. Analogously, the one sitting in the chair is being the snow globe & looking glass, by vibrationally appearing as the snow globe & the looking glass, and therein, vibrationally appearing as all thoughts, beliefs, and understandings.

Is this why God is and yet isn’t like the unicorn?

Yep.

So God’s “looking through my eyes” basically?

Not quite. Infinite unconditional being is being the two spheres.

Well, then what’s God doing exactly?

This. Being the spheres.


So basically you’re saying death is a collective belief? Which is really an assumption?

The first assumption is that there is separation.
Then, that I am a separate self.
Then that I was born, and that I will die.
And so it seems there is death.

But what about losing people you love? Haven’t you ever experienced that yourself? Are you really trying to say death is funny?

Indeed I have, and indeed there is the most difficult emotional experience of loss. Suffering is not humorous in any way. Mourning is often a deep sorrow, and a time for respect, understanding, care, selflessness and compassion. A time for holding space, and not a time for existential questions and answers.

A sorrow so deep in fact, one can feel the comforting of it, the ‘being in God’s hands’ of it, such as with gravity and relaxation. One ‘in the globe’ can feel the other-worldliness comfort of unconditional love, the ‘beyond understanding’ of this tangible, pungent, all-encompassing comforting of sorrow.


 On The Importance of Exploring & Understanding Emotions


Imagine you’re about to take a trip to Mars, where everyone speaks only martian, and you speak only english.

How easy or difficult do you think it would be to realize & manifest your dream on Mars?

How easy or difficult would relationships be?

How easy or difficult would working with others in matters of financial security & prosperity be?

Would you feel connected or isolated? Would you be thriving or struggling?

How fulfilling & enjoyable would this life on Mars be?

How would it be different… if you learned the martian language first?

Consider, it is very much the same on earth in regard to emotions. Emotion & the understanding and expressing of, is the most common fundamental ‘language’ on earth. Emotion is the very ‘fabric’ of reality, as infinite unconditional love is appearing as the spheres, and therein, appearing as thoughts & perception.

If you’re reading this now, you experience emotions, though you might be struggling with this aspect due to not having yet taken the time to understand the emotions you are experiencing, and the significance therein.

If you are feeling isolated, if you are struggling, if you are experiencing difficulty in relationships, if you very much desire to be thriving… learn about, understand, and express freely the emotions you are experiencing.

See the ‘connection’ between the holding of judgement, or discordant self referential beliefs, and the suppression of expression, and the violence and harm which inevitably follows. Effortlessly, allow expression. Before judging, before deflecting or projecting… take pause and understand what you are feeling and why. Inspect any believing of thoughts of justification & rationalization of your feeling of discord.

You deserve to create & experience what you desire to create and experience. You deserve to be happy. Matter of fact, creator-creating-creation, happiness - is your true nature - is what you truly are. There is only to ‘get out of your own way’, and that is to express, and to ‘put down the armor’ of justifications & rationalizations of discord, and to instead express & understand the emotions you are experiencing, and to do so is truly to receive the guidance of your own ever-loving infinite self.

How does One ‘get out of one’s own way’? By expressing, and thus releasing contraction, tension, and discord.

What is the relevance of this?

Focus.

Holding onto’ discordant beliefs, and the discord emotions therein, obscures focus by keeping the mind ruminating, trying to solve this ‘feeling issue’ - trying to think One’s way to feeling better - while One is the greatest possible ‘feeling’ which could ever be. The mind can never think the very substance the mind is made of.

You are a creator. Ultimately, in Truth - you are the creator, and emotion is intrinsic guidance to your creating. Emotion is the language of creator-creating-creation.

You are the infinite unconditional love which appears as reality, and thus forgets, that you are the infinite unconditional love which is appearing as reality.

For there to be experience, reality, creation - there must be somewhere experience appears to transpire, and someway of experiencing. And so you be ‘that’, by being the two spheres.

And then there seems to be, ‘duality’, or an actuality of ‘twoness’.

All duality is appearance; The Infinite Enlightened One - appearing as - “two”.

Because you are infinite unconditional love; you can not ‘think yourself’. You are being the thoughts. While thought can seem like ‘this other thing’, this ‘thing’ which is not me, thoughts can seem to be ‘about yourself’, and can be believed to actually be, about yourself. Because you are unconditional, no thought can actually define or describe you in any way, as all thought is in some way a distinction, and what is infinite, what is unconditional, in truth is without any conditions.

Pointing terms like ‘law of attraction’ or ‘conscious creating’ are often misunderstood to be something one learns and somehow begins to do. In truth, your creating started with being the two spheres. In truth, ‘time’ is only the thoughts and belief, in time. You did not be the two spheres in the past, you are being right now. ‘Law of attraction’ and ‘conscious creating’, is about realizing you are already creating by default, and you are already receiving and experiencing the guidance in your creating, also referred to as emotions.

The pointing that emotion is guidance for your creating is both extremely subtle, and extremely profound.

Infinite unconditional love, you, creates that-there-is-experience by being the two spheres. The sphere of someway, is thus an experiential multiplicity of; thoughts. The variance between the thought content, and the love which is being the thought - is felt - by & as, the very love which is appearing as, the thoughts.

The content of many thoughts are of course about perception, or, reality, or simply ‘others’ & the world. The experience of thoughts, is privatized. That is, no One ever experiences the thoughts which arise for so to speak, another. This is the multiplicity.

Each One, which is ultimately the very same Enlightened One, experiences thought privately. Very often, One deflects & projects, only in first missing this most fundamental aspect of creation, or, the two spheres. That is, One commonly reacts to what ‘another’ is thinking… missing that One is only reacting to what One assumes ‘another’ is thinking. One misses that emotion, and the feeling of discord or alignment therein, is the feeling-guidance in regard to the thought, belief or interpretation One is focused upon Oneself. Put simply - one doesn’t feel how One feels because of what another thinks, but because of what One thinks about, what another thinks.

As a ‘connecting of the dots’ - allow this to highlight the important of expressing how you do feel, and what you do think - and affording & allowing ‘others’ the same respect and ease of communication.

Imagine, you are about to go on an adventure through a vast forest which you have never explored. There are some items you’d surely bring with you. Namely, a compass.

If you’ve ever gotten lost in the woods, you know how easy this can be. You can walk only ten or twenty yards off the path only to find you can’t tell which direction to go, to get back to the path. The compass would be most handy, as it would always point true north, and thus always communicate to you the direction to your desired destination - to where you want to ultimately be headed.

This ‘compass’ is the guidance of emotion, and the guidance is to what you are wanting.

Notice in direct experience the profundity that all thought, and all perception appears & disappears, comes & goes - while feeling never comes & goes.

My eyes are open.
I know where I am.
It is my fault… I get out immediately.
